I took my two kids to Total Ninja and they absolutely loved it. The staff were really friendly with them and explained everything in such a calm way, which helped my youngest a lot. The place felt very safe, and there was loads for different ages to do. We actually stayed longer than planned because they just didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely go again

Booking itself was straightforward, but the waiver side of things was frustrating. I filled it in before we arrived, though it wasn’t really obvious whether it had actually gone through or saved properly.

When we got there, we ended up having to deal with it again, which held everything up a bit. The kids were just standing around waiting and the staff looked like they had enough on their plate already. The place was fine overall, but that part could definitely do with some attention.

A few of the obstacles felt a little loose, and some of the mats looked tired. Not the best condition. The staff were really nice, though, which helped.

It was way too crowded inside, and it didn’t feel like the crowd was being managed very well. I kept expecting clearer instructions on where to go or how the line was supposed to work, but there wasn’t much guidance. It made the whole experience feel stressful.

I didn’t feel very welcomed here. The staff came across as unfriendly, and at times it felt like I was being ignored or brushed off when I needed help. A little more patience and basic courtesy would’ve made the experience a lot better

I went with my two kids and mostly just sat back and watched them play. The seating was decent and I could see most of what they were up to, which made it easy to relax. It did get a little noisy and warm after a bit, but that’s kind of what you expect in a place like this. The cafe area was handy too. Overall it was comfortable enough for parents watching from the side and I’d go again

I took the kids to Total Ninja on Saturday. I was expecting parking to be a bit of a hassle.

It was fine though. There were plenty of spaces when we got there. The walk to the entrance was short too.

It did look busier when we left. So I can imagine it being harder at peak times. But for us, it was no problem.

After all the jumping around, the pizza was actually really good and still hot, and the drinks came out fast. The kids were happy, which was the main thing. I will say though, getting everyone settled, ordering, and keeping track of everything felt like way more effort than I expected

I booked my son’s birthday party at Total Ninja and it was much easier than I expected. I had to change the numbers quite last minute and the staff were really nice about it, no hassle at all, which I was grateful for.
On the day everything ran smoothly, the kids had a brilliant time, and the food came out quickly. It was definitely noisy, but that’s kind of what you sign up for with a kids’ party. My only regret is not booking a bit more time because they didn’t want to leave. I’d happily book again.

Customer service replied way quicker than I expected and got everything sorted without any of the usual annoying crap. Painless, honestly.

After the kids finished playing, we popped into the cafe my snap judgment was positive straight away. The staff were really friendly, the food came out quickly, and the coffee was decent. I also noticed the tables were clean, which always makes a difference. I’d happily go back again

I really enjoyed this. There are definitely some tricky parts, but that made it more satisfying when I got through them. Overall, it’s a fun mix of challenge and enjoyment, and I’m happy with the experience...

There were loads of different obstacles to try, and it kept us busy for ages. I can see why so many people seem to recommend it, we had a really fun time and would definitely go back.

We had to change our booking at the last minute and I also asked about getting a refund for one ticket. They got back to me fairly quickly and sorted it out without any hassle. It wasn’t absolutely instant, but it was smooth enough and I really appreciated how easy they made it. The kids still got to go later, so it all worked out.

This just wasn’t a great fit for our family. It felt way too hectic, especially with younger kids, and ended up being more stressful than fun. If you’re looking for something calm or kid-friendly, I’d save your time and look elsewhere.

The changing rooms didn’t feel as clean as they should, and the toilets were just okay. It’s a bit frustrating when you have to make the effort to find a stall or area that feels decent enough to use

We had a good birthday party here and the kids loved it, so no complaints there. Just a heads up for other parents: it was busy, so keep an eye on the little ones and be prepared for a bit of chaos.

I tried booking online, but it kept timing out on me. I did finally get a slot, but then the confirmation email took forever to come through. It wasn’t the worst thing ever, just annoying.
